The milk they produce is picked up daily and brought 5 miles down the road to Middlefield Cheese, where it is made into swiss cheese.

Agribusiness is actually causing MORE public health problems and food borne illness than ever before, and has negated the effectiveness of antibiotics for humans due to overuse of those same antibiotics to treat the animals these farm practices sicken.

And don't lie about those Ohio jobs. It's a well known fact that agribusiness and factory farms employ (and expend) more undocumented workers than anyone else.

Ohio farmers have always cared for their animals. Issue 2 provides a way for Ohio citizens and Ohio experts, family farmers, veterinarians, LOCAL humane society representatives, academic experts and government regulators to have open and honest conversation about how to care for Ohio's livestock.

Animal care applies to all farms, and Ohio's family farmers are doing the right thing by taking ownership and responsibility for it.

Vote YES on Issue 2.

Issue 2 is a good thing. It will bring a group of experts (not insane animal rights activists) together to set standards for animal care. Livestock care standards should be based on science, not emotion. Initiatives pushed by HSUS and other extreme animal rights groups will result in more expensive and less safe food. They'll put thousands of Ohioans out of work as well.

By voting YES on Issue 2, Ohioans will insure safe food and proper care of livestock.
