@Fro7enDesigns i believe on the mustache it was, but on the eyes i pentooled an outline then blurred it and played with the opacity.

so far from what ive seen this is a winner :) i like it very creative :) one question though. what was this done with? what tool did you use the most? and if what i was thinking how did you get some of the shadows and different colours? (pentool)?
