@GratefulVince Oh and I have seen W.E and it wasn't great. Didn't deserve the slagging off it got, but it wasn't a good film. One of its few saving graces was the music in it.

@GratefulVince Elton is a legendary songwriter. Poor singer though. And Madonna's song is superior to his in this catagory. His song is lazy. I personally think he didn't stand a chance, it was between Madonna and Mary J Blidge.

@brushpicks23 Btw, why do you feel the urge to compare Madonna and MJ, when they have nothing in common more than being the top artists of the 80s?

They are both great artists but completely different music styles. Madonna liked to reinvent herself more, MJ had his style but he still tried different music styles (he sang soul, r'n'b, rock, pop, new jack swing, etc)

Btw, I'm a big MJ fan but anyone with some sense knows that MJ did not sell 750 million albums, thata number is inflated of course, but he did sell more than 500 million records worldwide.(Including J5) And then I did not count Thriller 100 mill + sells, I only counted the stated 60-70 million.
