No, the last Domino represents Evey. He started the domino effect, and now he has to leave it up to one of the people, someone strong, and that's Evey.

the last domino clearly stand out for V - he knows that after killing Suttler he'll be the last thing reaming of the past; a past he wants to be ended. Evey stand for a new beginning, for a era of calmness and peace, whereas V was (like he said) mor like the ghost of the past christmas. This is also supported by the way both are reborn: V through fire (male symbol) and Evey through water (female). So finally he knows that he has to die as well to leave room for sth new and hopefully better.
