Oh, well that was a relief, Cerf and 'Sesame Street' were saved from a lawsuit that day. It makes me wonder why Chris Cerf didn't get in trouble earlier when he wrote his first song (this one), because it was also a take-off to the Beatles, it was based on "Twist and Shout".

It may have been due to it being a PARODY which is exempt under copyright law as far as the US is concerned.

All songs are pre-recorded. That's why it might look like some parts are a bit off synch on some songs.

Echoing can be a common thing sometimes - sort of like "The Letter N" by Nick Normal and the Nickmatics.
