In this quick 3-minute video Sean & Cathy are making "chick" food. You will need some Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Shells. Cook these at 400° for about 20 minutes. Pop off the tops of the pastry after it comes out of the oven and has cooled down a bit. Now you are ready to make your chick lunch. It's like a little chicken pot pie. Take some chicken, frozen vegetables, and cream of chicken soup. Mix all that together. Microwave for about 2 minutes. Fill your pastries with this mixture. Lay out a few romaine leaves on your plate. Put your puff pastries on top of the lettuce. Then be sure to add the tops back to your puff pastries. Now take your dressing - they used poppy seed dressing in this video - and drizzle it right on top of the whole plate in nice wide circles. Then you're finished and ready to serve.
