It's a chinese remake. It's not officially sanctioned but they let it go anyway.
It sucks, it's not even the full story.

FF7 was never planned for SNES, it was originally going to be for the N64, but do to the disk having allot more memory and such, they switched to the Play Station. I would still love to see what it would have been like on the 64.
