Movie: Disney´s TaleSpin/Luftens Hjältar

Music: Requiem for a dream

Creator: Joel the Swedish Dragon

Words I have to say:
Nothing much... Maybe that the trailer music for a complete bloody battle might fit into the episode of TaleSpin when they made fun of the beginning of the Second World War?

  • Is it actually a parody of World War II? I have the impression that the pandas are supposed to be Shan-gra-la-esque Chinese down to the fu manchu mustaches rather than Japanese.

  • Well, who knows... I have a guess then that this episode got banned `cause they don´t wanna risk that kids will go hating on Chinese because of this.

  • What is the music (title/artist) that this is set to?

  • Read description...

  • Wow. Nice job encompassing everything important in the episode (especially in choosing when to add speech), while keeping proper action buildup. That you ALSO matched it to Requiem for a Dream (good taste there) so well is commendable. Finally, nice title choice, it really fits.

It certainly brings back memories... this was one of my favorite Talespin episodes, back in the day.

  • i remember that epsiode. very nice, nice choose of music. :)

  • Awesome video as usual Joel, Your artwork is always breathtaking.....I havent heart from you in a good while and hope you're having a wonderful 2012

  • Ah yes, the story of Baloo: a hapless pilot pitted in the midst of an international conflict between an invading nation and his own quaint region. When his city's defenses and local air force are wiped out it is up to him to set things right. This is the story of political intrigue, costly mistakes, and a character who finds himself in the end. Recommended for ages 8-12.

  • Darn, I was kinda hoping he'd die. Leave it to Disney to do that to a person.

  • Is there anything the song "Lux Eterna" can't fit? Epic win.

  • Epic, just epic. Baloo is win. :)

  • I thought Plunder and Lightning was good. I haven't seen nothing!
