The footage was taken in late October / early November, in which if someone dies death appears (for Halloween).

You have to do the roving elves quest. After you complete that, you will know where to get it and recharge it.

Nope, just 70 ranged and 50 agility. You have to recharge it after every 2500 shots though.

Well, it just shows I don't need higher range if it owns this bad. Also, prayer and pots help a bit. :P
