No, Mr. Conrad, you're just a tool for believing a nominee who needed your support to be confirmed (not that Mr. Conrad's 1 vote would have made a difference). A nominee is no different than a politician, they will say anything to get your support. All you have to do is see what the talking heads on the wingnut stations of msnbc and Fox News think about a nominee and if one gets excited that tells you how'll they'll judge.

Its false to assume that just because one judge complains that other judges ignore precedent and the law to rule the way they want, that that judge won't also rule according to his or her personal beliefs or political affiliation.

I'd challenge you to research the Constitution, and Constitutionally law. Maybe then you will realize a judge like Alito is exactly what the court needs. Judicially tyranny will bring down this country before anything.
