  • Will definitely try this recipe...I have never used butter in my BBQ before...do you think Goose or Duck fat would be a good substitute if I did not want to use butter? Love the dance btw...makes me want to shake it!

  • Shop rite has a sale this week on beef roast! Guess what I'm doing this weekend.

  • I subbed with a 28oz can of tomato Puree' the mix Has to simmer a bit longer but Wow what an improvement over the ketchup.
