Second set in a tri-set workout, 2 minutes rest in between each tri-set. Squat wieght will go up but with a ruptured disk in my L5 have to work it smartely. Hope you all enjoy.

  • thers no way you could do that with a hernaited disk and not be in serious pain

  • You know what your probably right, but i never siad i had a herniated disk, I ruptured the disk back in december and coul not bend at the waiste for two months after the the plasma dried up and with some stretching and with proper technique Yes people with ruptured disk can still function normally. So yea around that time when i would do squats my back would inflame slightly but I can't stand not pushing my limits its all I know.
