@camzlikes2dance but this is the point, like not drinking enough, 70% of our body is liquid so not drinking enough fluid will be bad in the long run, possibly causing longterm damage in later life. This vid goes a little to the molly coddling side of things but its healthier than letting them starve when usually they just don't eat in reaction to something the parent did wrong like punish them over nothing, classic parenting 101

Why worry? Kids who don't eat save grocery money, therefore good for household budget.

i didn't quite knew that.
but my brother is the same way, if he doesn't get what he wants all he does is cry cry cry untill he gets what he wants.
and he's 12!

Usually it's not exactly that they don't like carrots, they just try a push for stuff they like more (candy, cookies, chips, pizza, what ever). And too many parents give in too easy to that, so many children will learn that all they need to do is cause a bit of a fuss when refusing vegetables or fruit, and they'll get the "better" food. The vast majority of kids who are correctly educated food-wise will love carrots, for instance.
PS: Close attention to "usually" and "majority". It's not a rule.
