t is sd that the train from Oakland to Los angles becomes a bus onthe most sceinic part waht is the reson they might need another locomotive but I think engouh would ride it to pay forit you think a congress man fromthere area coule use his influance and people could ride to Bakersfuildandtake a bus back thent hereis the Ca. zepheir well it dose not take the feathe river rout ehtat made the train famious here again no protest it seems Amtrck is to pusywousy if I spelled it right. wroteyou rep

I was on the northbound train out of Union Station LA this day 06/22/08. I'll never forget my trip through the Tehachapi Loop.

Yes, and drop the topic. I don't blame Amtrak for doing it, I actually agree with them for doing it. They are a company trying to make money, and that's all they were doing.
