@JeddJohnson I just got a COC 1.5 about 2 weeks ago and cant close it yet so i do as many reps as i can to try to get as close as i can every other day. Its the top of my hand that feels like I sprained it. thx for the reply.

@85wifebeater - I whole heartedly believe in getting the whole COC set. You'll most likely get them eventually anyway, and if you get them all, you'll save on shipping.
RB Grippers vary quite a bit. There are probably many grippers that will split those two that you have, but without squeezing them it is hard to say exactly. What you might try is googling "gripper hierarchy." I wrote a post on gripper difficulty for straight to the bar many years ago that might help you out.

@xbatman1x - Then you should take time off, my friend. How often have you been using grippers? What part of your hand hurts???

How come you just do single squeezes, as opposed to many reps? Thanks

You can do either with your cut gripper. My focus is mostly singles held for time right now. Many people do incorporate reps in their training because they feel it is helpful, but I do not do much of it. Hope this answers your question.
