To complicated for a simple solution. I think its all a scam to sell golf lesson books, gadgets, etc.
Power is simple.. Rotate the back not the shoulders so your back faces the square to the ball. Then unwind and keep elbows close to the body during impact. Make sure yyour head is always kept behind the ball in one place and never shift your body.
I like the action of your right knee on the backswing. I can see it pointing 45* towards the back. I think this will enable more fwd thrust on the downswing. Will try it next time.
