I played in all kinds of bands close to 30 years during road travel and I still can't imagine what it would be like to play guitar in a band like this. The energy! The power of Cindy, Kate, and Fred. Keith's songs! Ricky Wilson's classic songs! The band as a whole. Could you imagine the energy level on stage?

I sound like an extremest or that I am putting them on a pedestal. It's because artists like the B52'S come along every 2 or 3 decades. How can you not go crazy over that realization? They are unique and I thank my lucky stars they are still with us!

I can't believe all that they have been through. It's just amazing that they are still with us! People really depend on this band for a spirtual lift. There is no one in this world that can drive people to dance and feel good inside like the B52'S DO! It's a darn good thing when they met for that volcano drink. that they decided to go the distance. Where the heck would we be without them? When the average person works hard all week, the B52'S is the first priority of entertainment. Thanks B52's!
