Jake: I don't know yet.*Looking at Kayla.*
Kayla: *Smiles.*
Laura: Uh Kayla can i talk to you for a second.
Kayla: Sure. *laura pulls her away*
Laura: What was that?
Kayla: What are talking about what was what?
Laura: Everyone else might be blind but i can clearly see that you were flirting with Jake.
Kayla: I was not flirting with him i dont even know him.
Laura: Yes you were
Kayla: Whatever i wasn't.
Laura: Fine dont listen to me.

They walk back.

Jake: *Smiles at Kayla.*
Kayla: *Tries to look away but she just couldn't and didn't know why.*
Laura: oh.my.god! Kayla i love your bracelet!
Kayla: Oh thanks. It was a girft from Joe.
Laura: *Reads it* Aw thats so sweet.
Jake: What does it say.
Laura: It says Kayla i love you.
Jake: *Doesn't say anything.*
Kevin: So Jake do you have a grilfriend no not yet. Haven't found the right one. *Smiles at Kayla*
Kayla: *why do i feel all tingly inside?*

Nick: Well were going over to our house do you want to come Jake?
Jake: Yeah sure sounds like fun.
Nick: Okay cool.

At the Jonas House.

Joe: So do you guys want to watch a movie?
Kayla: Yeah sounds good.
Joe: Okay well i got to go get some stuff.
Kayla: Okay i'll come.
Joe: Its alright you don't have to come your the birthday girl.
Kayla: Okay thanks.

Joe leaves.

Kayla: I'm gonna go out and get some air. *She goes out to sit near the pool.*
Jake: *Fallows and goes sit beside her.* So how long have you been with Joe for.
Kayla: Oh i dont know. A long time now.
Jake: Oh. I heard you guys broke up.
Kayla: Yeah but we made up. *He had the nicest blue eyes. Why did she feel shy around him?*

They talked about Jake and his previous relationships. Kayla felt like she was really starting to like him.
They had alot in comon.

Jake: My sister passed away not to long ago. It was really hard to deal with.
Kayla: I know what you mean. My best friend died not so long ago.
Jake: I really like you Kayla your really cool.
Kayla: yea so are you *Smiled.*
Jake: *Smiled and leaned into kiss her*
Kayla: *Just let herself go. her heart was saying yes but in her head it was no. She kissed him anyways. His
kiss was warm. She suddenly pulled away.* Sorry i have to go. *She got up and left*

Kayla: Jenna can you give me a ride home i'm not feeling so well.
Jenna: what but Joe isnt even back yet-
Kayla: yeah i'll call him tomorrow, please can we just go.
Jenna: Yeah calm down.
