In fact, some of the bits of this version were used for the C64 conversion of "Turbo Outrun". As for "Outrun Europa", this is totally a different game. I sure wish they get this up and released on GTW64... Looks great!

Outrun was clearly a bridge too far graphically for the Commodore 64 The Sega Master System version came out at the same time and was a much superior port

Outrun Europe never appeared on any platform! However; as stated earlier, a version from USGOLD called 'Outrun Europa' was.

You're probably thinking of Outrun Europa. Outrun Europe was never released.
