@USMCorNothing The setting of the game is in an area called The Zone. The Zone is the land surrounding the former nuclear reactor of Chernobyl. The radiation has caused many strange things in The Zone: mutants, anomalies, and artifacts. Stalkers are people who venture into The Zone, usually to find artifacts and sell them for money. In this game, you are a stalker with amnesia who finds on his PDA the task "Find and kill Strelok." The game is (mostly) about that task.
