At first I hated Alicia for almost killing Lana over obsession of Clark. But then I remembered what Ryan told Clark, "You're gonna change allot of people's lives." And he did changed Alicia's life for the better. She's the first meteor freak that had ever changed from evil to good. Too bad that she died before she could ever done some good or perhaps could've been there for Clark.

And I don't believe that Alicia was full of it in this scene. I mean, before this scene she almost died trying to keep Clark's secret. Yes, she eventually revealed Clark's secret (his superpowers) to Chloe, but she revealed them to one of Clark's closest friends (Chloe), and there were complicated reasons why she revealed such. It's not like she just outright betrayed Clark.

Her love for Clark was fierce...and I loved watching every minute of it. That, and their complex romance.
