@mysterious018 Paneer is made of milk. You can mate it at home. Boil milk and squeeze some lemon in it. The milk will separate. Strain it! And tie it in the muslin cloth. Make it very very tight. Next day you will have your paneer. Tofu is made with soy. I think if you want to try this recipe with tofu. Use hard tofu and not soft.

If I wanted to freeze this, should I freeze the paneer and sauce seperately? (I make my own paneer from our goats milk.)
