Jason Bellchamber demonstrates how to draw a simple Triskele pattern from folio 29 of the Book of Lindisfarne. This segment shows how to construct the spine of the design before it is shaded in. This particluar Celtic knot can also be found on other artifacts from the 7th century such as Pictish stones, Viking Carvings and Saxon ornimentations as well as Irish artifacts.
