i always wanted to seem them live, feels different that REM are not around considering they have been for the last three decades during my love of quailty rock bands like REM

I love R.E.M.! It's so sad that they chose to disband... I never got the chance of seeing them live which was one of my biggest wishes. Sometimes life isn't fair.. but I will always listen to their music and love it forever. :-)

R.E.M is awesome! One of the best band singing "live"....just check out "I'll take the rain" and "ascent of a man"...is way better than the studio version!

and now, I am starting college (second time) and they ended the carier!

R.E.M. is the greatest band (imo) in my life time. I love Michael Stipes' voice and Mike Mills on back up is just heart wrenching. I love this band so much. Reminds me of college. :)
