This just made me want to draw Italy... with a white flag blowing behind him, while he's sitting on the floor, and theres some spaghetti infront of him, but Japan only gave him chopsticks, so he's holding each chopstick in a hand, and he's looking very confuzzled, and theres a big question mark next to him.
