Speech from nursing school pinning and graduation 2009 on Burnout, Nursing, and The Meaning of Life. We were pinned today, and I got to give the speech at the end.

  • Shame about the poor grammar, it's a good speech.

  • Well, the problem is with nurses, they may be too kind. Being people pleasers everyone takes advantage of them. It is only later in life that they open their eyes to how wrong they treat them selves and look more towards that aspect of life including how the environment treats them in return for their endeavors. It has nothing to do with finding happiness inside. If you opens your chest you wont find happiness at all. Ask a surgeon if he ever found happiness inside a person.
