I'm from Oakland but live in Los Angeles and even tho LA is bigger thats weave central you'll have a better turnout in Oakland.

I have to say LA. In in San Diego but LA is were it all happens in that department.You'll get a better turn out of lots of different classes and races.

If i were you I would go with oakland, its densely populated with women of color, they are primarily middle class and they love to look good. they are more sophisticated in that area and I always called it the black beverly hills
We lived out there for a while. I wouldnt suggest san diego u can email me on why i just dont think its a great choice for your business
