@hokeez87 no here's the difference between UVA and VT: UVA has a long outstanding history of basketball and until recently VT basketball was a joke. Last time I checked UVA swept VT last year and tech hasn't made it past the second round of the NCAA tournament since 1967 (the only time they ever got that far)

You beat us twice in basketball and didn't make the NIT or the NCAA. Here's the difference between VT and UVA: VT aims for beating the perennial title contenders and making a run in the NCAA tourney. UVA aims to beat their in state rival and then calls it a good season.

@waltlantz it's lose not loose, and we do win, more than any other acc school. Just because it's not football doesn't mean student athletes don't compete and win 20 national titles including 3 in the last 2 years

No, what's ridiculous is hokie fans showing up on every post they can find about UVA and trying to talk smack. Would you be one of those losers too? Go to any hokie videos that don't have anything to do with UVA and see if we're there talking smack. We're not, because we don't have their sad inferiority complex...UVA didn't want you. Get over it hokies.
