In those days they were half and half spinning and static, but now all bobbi's poles can be both. All the ones we put up at the leopold were spinning as far as I remember...

That was the most amazing display of strength, endurance, flexibility and sensuality I've ever seen. I've seen a heap of Felix's videos before and thought she was incredible, but the double act is just jaw-dropping.

It comes as a shock when you first start, just how much strength you need just for the most basic of spins or holds doesn't it? I've been poling for 18 months now and still only have enough strength to work for a short while before taking a break! Anyone who thinks it is just stripping on a pole needs to give it a try. These girls are gymnasts!
