This phone freezes sometimes during messages and u have to shut it down and everything

I have an iPhone 4 now, but I did have this phone for 2 years and although it had it's glitches, it was one of the best phones I've owned. The touch screen would sometimes freeze, it wouldn't send a message, and the keyboard would repeat a letter if you only press it once. (This only happened every once in a while though) I will admit though, it was a good phone and the overall slim, slide grip and style of the phone is what I miss most about it.

This was my favorite phone i've ever owned.. But one daymy touch screen just stopped responding . everything else works fine on it.. but the touch screen just won't work . I must say the eternity i had is much more durable . It's a great phone though for the less technology-abled people.

So my screen is broken on this phone but the touch screen and keyboard still works.

Can I still get to the contacts and save the contacts to the sim card with just the keyboard or could somebody tell me how to get to the option on where contacts are using the touch screen without visuals on the screen.
