Its not really nice to see him turn gay, but if you plan on going to prison, you better become a body builder beforehand, fight to until you are seriously injured, or stay out of prison.
I saw this movie recently On Demand. This is a movie about a pathetic soul.
His mind was so warped he would rather leave his beautiful wife for low life hookers and street trash. A very wild movie about a guy who can't deal with the reality of life situations.
Caught the latter half of the film on television; confusing, sometimes rambling, intense dialogue on the part of William H. Macy, but he pulls it off effortlessly in the long shots, his giving voice to that under-appreciated, white self-centered bastard who feels he is not being heard. Nice to see the black con put Edmond in his place once and for all, knocking a sense of reality into him. Could pitiful Edmond have ever forseen that he would find peace, love and understanding in a prison cell?
