http://u-turnusa.com Simonini paramotor tuning! Ok to tune the Flat Top 200/SUPER paramotor first you warm the motor up really good. Then use a screwdriver to tune the low end. If you mash the throttle and the motor instantly revs up then turn it clockwise bit by bit until when you mash the throttle all at once the motor bogs. Once you know where it bogs you then start turning it counter clockwise until you get instant response again and then just another little bit past that. Now hold the motor full throttle and by hand turn the T screw until you can hear the highest rpm of the motor. Then just to check that you have it fairly well balanced you can turn it all the way one way until the motor bogs, then all the way the other. Then set it back close to the center but where you hear the highest rpm of the motor. Now if it still has instant response and runs great you are all done. Or you can go through the same process again starting with the low end. The Flat Top is really easy to tune and once it is tuned it is very unlikely you will ever need to tune it again unless you make a huge change in altitude or the weather changes considerably. Then just go through this same process again. http://u-turnusa.com/articles/how-to-tune-a-flat-top-200-super-paramotor/

  • Hi there,

You don't identify which Simonini model you have.

I'm very curious, as I'm toying with the idea of using a Victor 1+ in an ultralight, but I'm concerned about engine vibration.

    Any thoughts?

    James.

  • @TheJamesMeister This is the Simonini Mini 2 Plus and Mini 2 SUPER. I have not used the Victor 1 so I can't give you feedback on that other than that Simonini makes some freaking awesome engines with the best power to weight ratio in the business.

  • Hello there! What carb are you using. I have a WB32, and having problems using it. Can iplease contact u somwhere to have a chat about it?

  • @viagro1980 We now use the WB37 and 39. You can call me at 800-707-2525 and I can help you with it for sure. Dell
