  • Wow, I was reading the other comments. Jess on the Run, you're a douche!!! How anyone can watch 87,89, and 90 Phantom. And, think Hurley was boring. I think all the sperm you're drinking is going to your head. And, yes I know Dr. Wooten wrote this solo. But, it's during the Hurley era. For real dude, Lay off your boyfriend's lolli pop. You sound dumb.

  • A lot of kids my age probably wouldn't like Corps from these years but I think it would have been awesome to march in the 70s and 80s DCI Corps. Things have changed so much over the years...

  • Mr. Hurley was a gentleman, a great rudimental drummer, writer and educator. And I never heard him talk smack about any other line.

  • @JessOnTheRun How would you know about camps at BD? You have never marched.

  • 11 snares is a great number! 12 is too many and 11 is an odd number but still looks huge!

  • @BSkully1423 wow, interesting fantasies and references to do with homosexuality... Freud was correct when he said, people reference what they know and experience best... project much? thought so... just another little balding, chubby, short, small penis loser that women laugh at... pissed that he never had the chops to make it in a dci calibur line and he likes dumbass Hurley's style... someone the judges laughed at behind his back... and wooten wasnt a dr in 87, moron... you're a fucking dweeb

  • @tg112001

Ditto here! It's classic "old school" snare drumming. Great expression and the sound of those drums is awesome!

  • I liked this show a lot.

  • The second best snare line of all time. For the first, I request that you reference PR's '88 line.

  • Hey, type 1988 Phantom Regiment into the Google search engine and have a treat!

Regarding the change you mentioned, to what exactly are you referring?

  • Hard to believe that the corps could change so much from '87 to '89 to '91.

  • I like the sound of the snares-- and I bet they had back field presence too-- unlike so many lines today who are tuned super dry for competition and no one can here them but the tech. judge 3 feet in front of them. If JessOnTheRun wanted to attack the line from '91 or '92 he might have a point, but these guys rock.
