A B40-8W is the leader of this short train running along the east side of the flooded "Big Muddy."

The river was about 3 feet above flood stage at the time. The bridge over the river to Sabula was closed. Much of the riverfront area in Savanna was barricaded. After returning home and looking at some online flood charts, it appears that this is about as high as the river is forecasted to rise.
