  • I wish we had ninety-nine others senators just like him. Excellent speech Senator Kyl we are behind you 100%. We believe in tort reform and getting rid of state mandates which dictate to insurance companies. Free market system is what our country was founded on, not Gov't controlled markets or Gov't owned markets. What a sad state of affairs in this country today.

  • None of my comments are being posted in response to your videos for some reason. Thank you, Senator Kyl for your faithful service and stand.

  • Shut the hell up Max......

  • The Democrats are trying to shut up the conservatives and pro constitution senators and representitives and also the hundreds of thousands of Americans who are protesting this communist government takeover of our OUR healthcare. Come next election WE WILL SHUT THEM UP! SILENT NO MORE!!

  • What is it about the free market that lead us into the financial disaster? No one has a good answer to that, because the free market wasn't the problem. Government interference with bailouts of reckless banks, astronomical government spending, and ill advised regulations/policies are what hurts our free market economy.

Current regulations could have stopped the crisis but no one pulled the switch. The same incompetent government does not need more power.

  • I like Senator Kyl. I wish he was representing Montana, rather than Max "Tax" Baucus.

  • I agree. They ignore any solutions put forward and cut them off because they have an agenda that is all about govt control. Another step toward sociallism.

  • It was not the free market that caused or lead up to this disaster it was the greed of the legal system and the power it wanted over everyone. Doctors are not gods and therefore not perfect mix a few bad doctors in the mix the lawsuits in the millions the high cost doctors had to spend to protect themselves and the neglect of people to take care of themselves, bingo. Now opportunist want to take over all of it to destroy us all. Kudos for this man standing up, the Baucus guy is snickering...

  • Well said! However, it was the free market system what lead us to the massive financial disaster we're in right now. I agree with that our country evolves around the free market system but I believe some dimensions of the market system needs to be gov't regulated.

  • This is how they can say the GOP offers no solutions, by not allowing them to speak about those solutions.

  • I listened to the entire discussion this morning and can make one conclusive statement. Senator Kyl, I think you owe all the American tax payers their money back for continually wasting everyone's time by, although well worded, obviously stalling.
