Cool video. my northern pine acts this same way, like it doesn't know what end to start with, but eventually figures it out. my NP also doesn't bother constricting half the time, it just crushes with it's jaws around the midsection of the mouse.

yea I really like to watch that part too. and especially with that snake, my other ones don't get the prey to go that fast in their body ;)
