The Sims 3 - Building a House 17 - Avalon Grande - Part 4 - Interior

Hello!!! After 2 days(?) of nothingness, I thought I'd attempt to do a bulk of the interior, The First Floor!!!
Although I started on it in part 3, I didn't like where it was heading so I performed a large overhaul of the floor and made it darker... and better. I've altho started playing around with mixing togeth objects with MO for aesthetic purposes!

I still have to do the bathroom and add the little details here and there before it's complete, then its off to the outside and then the 1st floor.... bedrooms galore! I can't wait.... =\

I'm trying to get a warm, cozy, coffee shop feel going on... I believe the colours work wonderfully, although the orange in the dining rug might be a bit loud, I'll change that tomorrow!

I think the house is finally shaping up to be high up there, even if the architecture is a tad bit fail.

Avalon Grande took 9-10 hours to build altogether and costs $308 000 furnished and $151 unfurnished.
