You say you value freedom, however you disable comments on some of ur videos. Shouldn't you be fundamentally pro-freedom of speech? McCain is so old, he should have run against pres. Lincoln, you two-faced butt-kissing douche, weneedmccain? heneedsmcheartsurgery!
Yes, opinions can be abusive and can be true at the same time but should be allowed for if not, there is no freedom, and ur a hypocritical closet-fag.
Tht's what you are anywy, so ppl pls, page closed! Nothing to see here! Move along!

@parus55 Loss of rights? What about the taxpayers? The unions indulge in an incestuous relationship with the Democrats and the taxpayers are stuck with the bill. Do your homework, unions states are dying on the vine.
I live in Illinois, land of $200,000 teachers! and pensions to match while retiring at 52.
Can't speak on MIchigan, but I'm not for tax breaks or crony capitalism like GE is involved in with Obama. The free market stands or falls on competition.

@weneedmccain I disagree with your views and with the views of Joe Walsh. The Republicans are showing their true colors...when I see what's going on in Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio...I shudder at the loss of rights of the middle class. Michigan has taken $1.2 billion away from the elderly and middle class and given $1.8 billion in tax breaks to the corporations. Who is in whose pocket? And when Walsh says he's going to change the Republican party whether THEY LIKE IT OR NOT, that gets me riled.

@weneedmccain Yes, some FDA approved drugs turn out to be harmful. But that doesn't make a case for eliminating oversight. Federal oversight keep you safe every day of your life. People still commit crimes, but that doesn't mean we should scale back the police dept. Walsh will gut federal oversight- he is already calling for defunding the EPA entirely. He is a misguided, anti government tea party fool.
Are you?
-
@butuh13 There is a slew of drugs and food that have been approved by the FDA that later proved harmful. I'm not saying we don't need standards. But the FDA has been broken into 30 splinter organizations that require employees and salaries that overlap. It's become a huge, wasteful agency. Not saying get rid of it, just trim it.
-
@weneedmccain And perhaps you could give me an example of something that the FDA approved that you object to? Without the FDA no one would feel safe buying drugs. Without the FAA no one would feel safe flying. Without the USDA no one would feel safe buying meat. Would you rather corporations police themselves on matters of public safety? I'll take federal oversight, thank you. But hey, go ahead and stick to medicine that isn't subject to FDA testing. Let me know how that works out for you.

@weneedmccain It's the same thing from everyone in the tea party- I don't want to pay taxes, I don't want to pay a permit fee, I don't like zoning regulations, I don't want to have to use anything that is energy efficient, I don't like public education...blah blah blah. Your problem isn't that you are a victim of tyranny, it's that you don't want to have to obey the rules.
-
@weneedmccain Oh come on. Really? A $100 boating permit is "tyranny"? Is that all you got? I'd say your concept of tyranny is woefully inadequate. Every one in the "tea party" has one lame example of some stupid way they think they are being denied their liberty...like a boating permit. Guess what? Turns out it the right-wingers who want Americans to think of themselves as "victims" You obviously do. Very weak, sir.
-
@butuh13 Really, have you seen what the FDA approves these days? You can't be that removed. I agree we need laws to avoid anarchy. Neither I nor the Tea Party groups advocate that.
Nevertheless, look at all the hoops you have to jump through to start a business. My brother wanted to take his Kayak in Crystal Lake, 3 permits and $100 bucks later he finally got his chance - that's not freedom, its tyranny.
Look at all the redundant federal programs - its absurd.
@weneedmccain Why doesn't he want to move Caterpillar, John Deere, Boeing, and Illinois Tool Works away from dependency on government? Just today he complained that they will have to pay taxes on government subsidies they receive. Why should we borrow hundreds of millions of dollars from future generations to give to these particular companies? And why should their government handout be tax exempt? If he were serious, he would try to end these handouts, not fight for their tax-exempt status.

how much does walsh really support personal liberty and responsiblity ? does he understand that the gov has no right to tell an adult he cant grow or smoke a god given plant (cannabis) in his own home ? does he understand the fiscal irresponsiblity and unconsititionality of the so called war on plants and drugs ? spending over a trillion dollars since 1970 and locking away the largest population per capita/volume on a never ending failed, unconstitional policy is insane ! restore liberty !
