  • All this muscle and u did nothin man!!

  • I compete on ring for 3 years Tip: find a peice of elastic tubing about 1.5 - 2.0 meter long and hold one end in each hand on the ring, then put your feet in the loop and use the spring from the tuing to help you back up. You will find you can go a bit lower in the exercise. Prettydarn inpressive stuff.

  • I wish you success in 2012. These are not easy at first but with training you'll get them.
