Bridge as social game can bring fun and enjoyment. Our mussels need to be trained so our brain need some exercise too. After practicing playing bridge you notice that your mental ability is increasing. Your will be able to concentrate and focus, make a plan and strategy, learn form your mistakes and others, to train your memory and other skills. And the whole game it is a big challenge will make you stronger.
