Great job at what it is really like working at call centers. I have worked in alot of them and most are good but have gotton alot harder as technology has increased. You have to know alot now. I work now in an entry level one and it is not too hard thank god. I have sold lots of things. I do not agree with having to take their garbage and customers are right most of the time. We have to be nice no matter how they cuss us out. People like this do exist like that old lady and get them alot.

That happened to me. While venting, i probably did not press the mute button hard enough. I was fired the next day.After 3 years of top quality service( wasted life).
Working in a call center is hard enough. Racism towards Indians, mostly by people who can't even point it out on a map is hilarious only in hindsight, not when someone is screaming into your ear.
I am definitely watching this movie.
