This sickens me, angers me & saddens me all at once. My name is Brian D. Branch. I have been a FF in Detroit for 15 years. These politicians should be hung and or shot for this. Mismanagement, theft, greed, avarice...the list is too long. At this point all my DFD family can do is pray the loss of life is minimal. Im glad you got the opportunity to say the truth on the radio. In Birmingham, Al when we have a company shut down we are instructed to say "Out of service special assignment" . At least we haven't had any permanent shut downs, yet. Our city is going the way yours went. Our steel used to build your cars.
