Obama may shake up relations with Cuba and Venezuela

Latin Americans held great interest in the U.S. elections, and now relations between the U.S. and Latin American nations may see a shift under President-elect Barack Obama.
Shannon ONeil, a specialist on Latin America at the Council on Foreign Relations, speaks with Martin Savidge about Obamas position on Cuba, the future of relations with Cuba and Venezuela and major trade issues that are currently under review in Congress.

The two people in the video know nothing about Latin American politics. Hugo Chavez DOES NOT oppose the US. He opposes US IMPERIALISM and state TERRORISM as well as the false democracy of the elite. Hugo Chavez wishes that Americans would wake up to what is really going on in the US and abroad. Hugo Chavez is an intelligent person, if Obama continues with the obsolete and antidemocratic American idea of expansionism, Hugo will continue to denounce it and oppose it regardless of Obama's race.
