  • @rbtalley3 Thanks! Plenty more where that came from.

    -Jim

  • I thought MGM was bought out by sony....

  • @raymondleeleggs Not that I know of. The last I heard they were in talks to merge with Lion'sGate, but it fell through. Spyglass has been named as a potential takeover candidate. But it's looking like the company is going into bankruptcy soon. All the remakes have been shelved.

  • Huh, good question. Why *is* it called box office?

  • @shakes1327 Exactly...

One of those things you just never ask I guess...

  • @33dgtp Well thanks, completely...

    -Jim.

  • well... subbed...totally

  • @Autobrots What they're actually doing is cutting The Hobbit in half and releasing the films a year apart. I'm not really sure how they're going to successfully do that, but like you said, we'll see.

  • @InCupsOfCoffeeCV

Well we'll see. The idea of a Hobbit sequel seems a little preemptive. I mean shouldn't they wait to see if the Hobbit goes well before investing in a sequel?
