Tony Hawk's games were made way before Skate. I've been playing them for a long time, I grew up with button mashing unrealistic skating, and thats how its going to stay.

The way I look at it is like this. If you're looking for a serious type of skating game, play Skate. If you wanna fuck around, play THPS.

I think: if you want a super realistic skate game, then skate in real life. Games are made for fun, not for realism... thats my opinion.
