I mean, think of it this way. This is the best possible scene Lisa Edelstien could play. In real life, Lisa has admitted being really attracted to Hugh. I mean, he is married so she can't go for it, but a kissing scene is perfect. She has to "act" like she's really emotional and wants "house"....probably wasn't hard to "fake" for her. She got the best possible thing: Begin paid to kiss a man she wish she could be with, and it's socially accepted...lucky lisa!
