TonBerryDon is definitely right.. you can look up a list of what moves are transferable through breeding, and fly/surf do not transfer to the Pichu eggs because they normally can't learn it.. hence Volt Tackle and Fly(or VT and Surf) on the same Pikachu/Raichu would be impossible except through cheating.

@magmarneal That's fine and dandy but pokemon from the pokewalker CANNOT BE SHINY! besides I have seen the friend pass and it came from an egg not the pokewalker. I know what i'm talking about so shut it.

@TonberryDon Sorry dude but Pokemaster probably didnt hack the raichu, Pikachu can legitimatly know fly. In the pokewalker you can catch pikachus that know surf and fly. Check Serebii before you call someone a hacker man... just sayin

Think about it, why would I stop at fly, having waterfall would be better and even having x-scissor or other good moves.

Also fly can be breeded!

Try it, teach a pigeot fly breed it and the pidgey will know fly!
