I wish I could always get chickens slaughtered and processed like this. My favorite thing about it is your doing it outside. Why are all of the poultry processing plants more humane and like your system? (Rhetorical Question)

Thank you. This will be helpfull when I have to kill my first chicke. I love the tumble tub. Being that I have a few chickens and no oney I will be doing that part by hand. Great video.
