I love your makeup! You're absolutely right that Mardi Gras is originated in Mobile, AL. I wish to visit Mobile and for the more family oriented parades that my friend told me about. I hope to catch plenty of Moon Pies too. Is Springhill Ave. a good spot for a family with children under five to go watch the parade?

Actually you are pretty safe right smack in the middle of downtown , stay close to the interstate maybe close to Fort Conde... that way if you have children you can access the rides and kiddie zone! Have fun if you make it this year ! ALMOST TIME !
