Wish i could agree with you, friend, but unfortunately i'm afraid you're wrong.
Just go to any SVS Battle.
Check the top 3.
They're always Tempests, Defilers, Mystics or Rangers.
Mostly, Tempests and Defilers, since while a Ranger kills a guy in a few seconds, a Defiler kills ten. A 65 Defiler has 4 types of different Area of Effect spells, including the infame Trap of Stiffness ~ That gives LOTS of damage AND has full stun. SO overpowered.

Its a 100% opinion on what you like and what your good at. The game is farily balanced you need to find your own build to be the "best".

and from lvl lvl 40 -> 41 sux hard , only 1 scroll quest and they just give arround 10% and the scroll quest is easy!

The max level in the game is 69. I dont think anyone has reached it yet as this game has been out of open beta for about 4 months. Levels 1-40 are easy (lots of quests) 40-69 is grinding hell... And tnx =)
